First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iTradeNetwork.
AI/ML Engineer
The interview process was lengthy, and there was a considerable waiting period of at least a week between each stage, which was quite stressful. I generally had a positive experience interacting with most of the people I spoke with. However, the final round, where I was ultimately unsuccessful, was a very negative experience. By that point, I had already dedicated several weeks to the process, and the engineer I interviewed with seemed completely uninterested throughout our conversation. I frequently had to rephrase my answers or my questions because they weren't paying attention. Following this, I got a very standard rejection email that didn't offer any specific feedback.

Implementation Consultant
The recruiter was nice and easy to talk to but only knew the general details of the role and could tell me about salary and benefits. The hiring manager asked really technical questions, which was surprising because the job posting was misleading. They seem to be looking for someone who is already a trained developer but are not willing to pay developer rates. There wasn't a clear plan on how a new employee would be integrated into the company.

Applications Support Engineer
I applied via a recruiter and the interview process was very smooth. It took about 2.5 weeks from application to offer, and I started my position 2 weeks after that. The HR and hiring manager were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The first round was a 20-minute phone interview with HR to discuss my resume and expectations. The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and team members, consisting of three 30-minute sessions, two of which were technical. The third round was a 30-minute in-person interview with senior management.

UX Designer
I started with a phone interview with the Director of User Experience. Then, I had an onsite interview with four people. It felt like a standard interview, and overall, it was an okay experience. I sent thank-you emails to everyone I met, but didn't get any replies, which seemed to be the norm there. After a couple of weeks with no word, I followed up with the recruiter. She mentioned they were still interviewing candidates and would update me when they were done. Another couple of weeks passed, and when I followed up again, I got conflicting information. The recruiter said they were putting the process on hold, but then the director messaged saying they had another round of interviews that week and would be in touch. It's been over a month with no response, and I found out they hired someone for the role over two months ago. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, making it one of my worst interview experiences.
