I had a general HR chat, then a 30-minute technical phone call with the hiring manager. The questions were pretty tough, but the interviewer kept cutting me off to ask follow-ups before I could finish my answers. It felt unprofessional and made me think they don't really listen to their employees – very 'Top Down' management, which isn't great for a tech company.
