The hiring process is straightforward but a bit of a grind. First, there's a phone interview where they'll ask basic questions about your work style, one situational question, and briefly go over your resume. After that, it's an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. Make sure to review the company's history because they'll ask about it. They'll also ask situational questions related to customer service and sales strategies. You'll also have to take a math, grammar, and accuracy skills assessment. The follow-up was pretty quick. Once an offer is extended and accepted, they'll run a soft background check and a drug screening.
