Software Engineer
It was a medium process with questions basically on strong programming concepts like Java collection API and how to get post response. I finished the test which had basic English questions too.
- What are Java's OOPS concepts and Spring MVC?
Revenue Analyst
nice interview knowledgeable. Asked about revenue metrics and details about revenue management. Also asked about how hotel budgeting and its process works in 5 stars properties and resorts. Some details on concepts of budgeting etc.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are some basic questions about yourself?
Teller
So there's a 4 step interview process. It's two interviews and then a basic exam, you have to pass it to get the job. The assessment exam is the last step and it's what determines if you get the job.
- Can you describe a situation where you dealt with a challenging customer and how you resolved it to ensure their satisfaction?
- Could you identify three of your personal weaknesses?
MSA
The hiring process is straightforward but a bit of a grind. First, there's a phone interview where they'll ask basic questions about your work style, one situational question, and briefly go over your resume. After that, it's an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. Make sure to review the company's history because they'll ask about it. They'll also ask situational questions related to customer service and sales strategies. You'll also have to take a math, grammar, and accuracy skills assessment. The follow-up was pretty quick. Once an offer is extended and accepted, they'll run a soft background check and a drug screening.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What research have you done on our company?
- Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how you resolved the situation.
