So far so good. I have finished all my paperwork and will be heading to orientation this coming up week. I was just looking at other reviews and information I could find that would help me be prepared.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They were upfront about the workload and the expected hours. The pay structure was a bit unclear, but they mentioned a production bonus that could potentially bring in up to $1300 per week. I was also informed that some weeks would involve working six days.

ITG Communications reached out to me via 044 (a staffing agency) and set up an interview for the very next day. When I got there, they wanted to know what I was looking to do in the telecom industry and if I'd worked in telecom before, since they do work for Xfinity (Comcast). After that first quick chat, I had to take a drug test and then wait for my background check to come back, which took over two weeks. It wasn't until the third week that I could start with the onboarding stuff like the W9 and figuring out the employment terms.

The application process was quick and simple. After filling out the application, I underwent a drug screening. I'm currently awaiting a response. The people in the office were great, and I'm still deciding if I want to accept the position.
