I interviewed at Iterable and wanted to share my experience. The communication was problematic; my interviews were rescheduled last minute or the recruiter didn't show up, which was frustrating and confusing. I also found the process unprofessional and not inclusive, making me doubt the company's commitment to diversity and respect for candidates' time, especially as someone from an underrepresented group. I hope Iterable considers this feedback because candidate treatment is important and affects how people perceive the company. Heads up for others interested in this role!

I really suggest not interviewing with this company if you're thinking about it, just save yourself the trouble. It took me 2 months to get through their process, and I was passed around to 3 different people without any proper handoff. There were 10 interviews in total! I also spent a lot of time working on a slide deck for a presentation. They scheduled calls outside of my availability multiple times, forcing me to reschedule. Despite consistently positive feedback after each interview, I always had to follow up to get the next step scheduled. I thought it would end around the 5th or 6th call, but it just kept going, stretching from early November past New Year's. The 'best' part was their rejection message. After investing so much time and energy, I had to reach out after the holidays because they didn't bother to contact me after 10 calls. Their response was, 'Thanks for checking in - I kind of assumed you had taken another offer. We really do appreciate all the time and effort you've invested in interviewing with us. I know our process is lengthy and the holidays only prolonged things even more with people being out. The hiring manager made the decision to move forward with another candidate. Everyone really enjoyed meeting you and the feedback was extremely positive.' This was weird because I never mentioned another offer or pulling out of the process. If I hadn't reached out, they might not have even told me they chose someone else after 10 interviews. Super unprofessional and a broken process, seriously avoid this company.
