Had a 15 min chat with the CEO, mostly behavioral stuff and why I want to work there. Then, a 25 min technical interview with the lead dev. He asked a few quick questions and then gave me a coding problem. I was left to figure out and write pseudo-code for it.

You apply and then a recruiter emails you to set up an interview. You go in and talk to an employee, and they ask you pretty basic interview questions about your job history, knowledge, skills, etc. Then if selected, you come in for another interview with a hiring manager who will go over the job, location, hours, and salary. It's a 3-step process, so if you are selected again, you basically have the job and meet with the CEO.

I had a phone interview and then an in-person one. A call from the Director of Operations kicked things off. Then, I met with the CEO and Executive Management in person, and they gave me an on-the-spot offer. The whole thing felt thorough yet moved pretty fast.
