Support Worker
The interview process involves discussing qualifications, experiences, and skills with the interviewer. You'll answer behavioral and technical questions, showcase your knowledge of the company, and demonstrate alignment with the role's requirements and desires.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you encountered at work. What did you do, and what happened as a result?
Technical Lead
The interview process started with TP1, which covered basic concepts and required writing a program. Then, TP2 presented a more involved scenario for programming. Unfortunately, I didn't pass TP2. The overall interview process was good, and they even offered refreshments like tea and snacks.
- Write a program based on basic concepts.
- Given a more complex scenario, write a program.
ISP Engineer
I went through three interviews: one with HR, one with the manager, and one with the owner. The company has a great culture and really cares about the employees, which is really rare for a contracting company.
- Can you describe your Engineering experience, and outline your planning process for a current job assignment?
Installation Technician
The interview process was quite simple, conducted via video call. All questions were pretty standard for this field. I was interviewed by one person, though others hired around the same time sometimes had multiple interviewers (3-4).
- Are you familiar with the B standard for cat5e cabling?
