First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iTalent Digital.
Software Engineer
It started with an MCQ test, then a technical interview, followed by a manager round, and finally a CTO round where they checked my skills, problem-solving, communication, and if I was a good fit overall.
- Regarding JavaScript, is it synchronous or asynchronous, and what distinguishes var, let, and const?
- Could you define a closure in JavaScript?
- What is the Virtual DOM in the context of React?
Big Data Developer
My Interview experience was horrible at Italent digital. First they conducted pen and paper test on SQL queries. I wrote almost all queries correctly. Then they conducted technical interview, they asked me to write code in javascript for non repeating characters in a string and I cleared Technical round. Next round is managerial. Managerial Round : manager was very rude. he is looking like he will beat me he asked the question not relevant to big data role. I did not mentioned pytorch library in my resume, he asked about that. rejected by saying i want the person who has experience with that library
- SQL queries, inner queries, union, constraints, primary key
- write code in javascript for non repeating characters in a string
- tell me about your experience with the pytorch library
Program Manager
The interview process is pretty standard. First, iTalent screens candidates based on experience and client needs. If you look good, they'll give you a call for another screening. If you pass the initial iTalent phone screen, your info goes to the hiring manager or team. They'll review it and decide if they want to do an initial phone screen or move to other interviews like panel or group interviews. Client interviews can differ, so be ready for phone or in-person interviews. Do your research and ask the recruiter plenty of questions to get info about the job and duties. You want to be prepared and stand out, especially if interviewing with an iTalent client.
- Can you present your work samples and any other deliverables?
Business Operations Project Manager
Silvia, who I'd met before for another role, reached out because she thought I'd be a good fit for this one. She then connected me with Maritza, the recruiter for the position. Maritza then set up my interview with the Director of Finance, which was a phone call where we talked about a bunch of different things. About a week later, Maritza called me with the good news - iTalent was offering me the job, and I said yes.
- Can you talk about your past work and how it fits what this role needs?
