The interview was pretty easy, they asked general and fun questions about candy. I was hired on the spot. They really just want to know if you'll be a peppy worker who can help customers.

I submitted my resume online and got a call back in about 3-4 days from the manager. She did a quick phone interview to check my availability and interest in the Supervisor role. She explained the job details, but I had applied for a full-time position. I went for the interview at the store, where the manager and assistant manager were the only staff working and were busy with customers. The interview felt a bit unprofessional because the manager was distracted with customers and chatting with her assistant manager. She asked me questions and presented scenarios. Then, she revealed it was a part-time position with only 10-20 hours a week. Before I could respond, she mentioned the district manager might set up a FaceTime interview if interested. I'm still waiting for that.

I applied and was contacted by another manager who said she would pass my info to the area manager/dm and they would get back to me for an interview. The Area manager never did, so I reapplied and then the area manager got in contact with me. I interviewed in person, and was asked to take an online assessment. It's been 2 weeks since I completed the assessment and no one has contacted me to let me know I didn't get the position.

Pretty straightforward, you'll chat with the manager and some higher-ups. They'll cover your responsibilities and ask some 'tell me about a time' type questions. You'll also talk about your schedule and other important job details. It's a simple process overall, but they really want to see if you'd be a good fit for the environment.
