First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at It's None Of Your Business.
Business Analyst
The hiring process began with resume shortlisting, then an aptitude test covering communication, English (grammar, vocabulary, accent, fluency), and basic computer knowledge. This was followed by a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. They also considered projects, experience, and certifications.
- Can you introduce yourself and mention your hobbies?
- Can you tell me about your education and hobbies?
Sales Representative
They asked me questions about my resume and the job itself. They wanted to know about my background, my experience, how I approach things, and my goals. They also casually asked about other things like my education, any certifications I have, and marketing, but really, their main focus was on sales.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in sales?
- What kinds of sales have you been involved in?
- Which types of sales did you enjoy the most, and why?
Working Student
As an older adult with recent college credentials, many interviewers do not know what to do with me. It is an interesting process as I am being respectful and open. Giving examples of conflict, resolution, critical thinking, and producing great outcomes are well within my skill set yet sometimes I don’t feel I represent myself well. Perhaps this entire conversation is not what you are trying to glean from the interview process.
- Would you be available to work during afternoon and evening hours?
Intern
It was a pretty smooth interview process overall. The questions were of medium difficulty, which made for a good experience with the interview and the company. The company seems good, and the work-life balance and environment are also pretty nice to see.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of programming concepts?
- What do you know about operating systems?
- Do you have experience with networking?
