it was pretty easy, they mainly asked about how you work under pressure and teamwork. they also asked about prior beverage experience, they don't require it but at least have some knowledge about the beverage industry

The interview was pretty easy overall. But it seemed like there was a whole hierarchy thing going on. I was told that new employees are basically disposable if someone who has been there longer wants the job. They said you're allowed to be bossed around by everyone because you're new and they might even make you clean up messes, like literal poop, because you're a "rookie".

We scheduled an interview, and then I sat down to explain my availability and had a regular interview. After that, I scheduled a 1-hour trial run, which determined if I got the job. What I didn't like is that they had me work in their kitchen for an hour and then didn't even have the decency to call me to say I didn't get the job.
