Sales Advisor
The lifespan of a water purifier cartridge varies greatly, generally lasting from 3 to 12 months. This duration depends on the filter type (sediment, activated carbon, reverse osmosis), the water quality, and how often it's used. Some filters can handle up to 13,500 liters or last a full year. It's usually recommended to replace sediment filters every 3-6 months and simple activated carbon filters every 4-6 months.
- What are your skills and why did you leave your previous employment?
Esthetician
The process was quick. It started with a screening call with HR, followed by a clinical interview, and then an in-person interview with the spa manager. I didn't get the job because they were looking for someone with more experience.
- What laser settings would you utilize for various Fitzpatrick skin types?
Marketing Director
The hiring process took about a month. It started with a phone chat with HR. Then, I had a ZOOM meeting with the sales director and the CEO. After that, I got a project to create a marketing campaign. Once done, I had to present my campaign in person to the CEO and HR Director. I spent a lot of time preparing, traveling, and on the calls. It would have been nice to get feedback, even if it was a rejection, but they just ghosted me. As someone in an executive role, I think it's unprofessional to not communicate after getting this far.
- Can you tell me about your management style?
Registered Nurse
So there were 3 parts to the interview. First up was HR, then I spoke with the clinical manager, and finally, there was a hands-on part to check competencies and proficiencies with a clinic. All these parts were to see how the candidate measures up.
- Could you tell me about your experience?
- How many years have you been working in this industry?
- What is your proficiency level in facial balancing?
