First, there was a group interview with 100 people. We were given a questionnaire to complete, and only the best candidates advanced. Those of us who passed were given a challenge, and the top performers were called back for a final interview to meet the leaders.

I recently had a really nice job interview. The recruiter was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away, creating a relaxed vibe. They were genuinely interested in my background and what I can do. We talked easily about lots of things because they were so open and understanding. It was a great chat and left me with a good impression of the recruiter and company. I felt respected, which made me want the job even more. Definitely a positive experience I'll remember fondly.

The process was very neat, although quite long in terms of deadlines, you get feedback after each interview. There were 3 in total: the first with HR, the second with the manager, and the third with the CEO. After a month, they contacted me to see if I was still interested and to make me an offer, which they adjusted to my expectations, and we moved forward.
