It was a lot of interviews, all remote. First, I talked to someone from HR on the phone. Then, I had a video interview with some trainers who have actually worked in the position before. After that, there was a final interview with some of the higher-ups I would be reporting to. It was really thorough, giving us a good chance to see if it would be a good fit for everyone involved. Even though there were many interviews, I liked how fast and efficient they were. I really wanted the job, but I got another offer that better suited my needs at the time. I'd be open to joining this company later if the right opportunity comes up.

I applied for the job and got a phone call a few days later for about a 25 minute phone interview. After that, they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. The first in-person interview started about 20 minutes late and lasted around 1.5 hours. The next day, I got a call to come back for a second in-person interview. This second interview started about 15 minutes late and was only about 10 minutes long. The company seems to be growing and heading in a good direction. Everyone I met, from the receptionist to HR, was nice and friendly, and I felt respected. However, I didn't get a job offer and my follow-up email for feedback was ignored.

The in-house interview was about 45 minutes long and only focused on HR psychological questions, with no technical IT questions. The interviewer unexpectedly asked about my reasons for migrating to the US and commented on my accent, asking about my English speaking vs. writing preference. I felt discriminated against.

Had three interviews for this position. First one was over the phone, second with HR and third with the managers. Asked way too many questions for a level entry job that starts at 14.00 an hour. Would take notes on your responses and ask repetitive questions with each interview. It's like they wanted you to fail. They're looking for someone that wants to stay there long term.
