I interviewed with the CEO offsite, who was concerned about me interviewing at HQ. We knew each other from before. The CEO was disorganized and didn't prepare questions, focusing more on esoteric things like positive energy and harmony. She repeatedly mentioned she was the new CEO after taking over from her sister. After other talks, she asked if I was ready to join, followed by a compensation discussion.

Met with VP and CEO on two separate occasions. We talked about my past experience selling software and service solutions to different sized companies. We also went over specific success stories, challenges, and how I handled relationships. After that, the standard checks happened - references, background, etc.

Started with an intro call with an executive search firm. Then had an in-person meeting with executive management to learn more about the company and the role. Had a second in-person interview with the VP of Business Development where we discussed compensation, commission, CRM tools, and marketing. Spoke with the main recruiter on the phone about their candidate sourcing process and client satisfaction track record. Met with more executive management from the Delivery/Consulting Services side of the business for a third meeting.
