Ho avuto una conversazione riguardo al business dell'azienda e ai suoi clienti principali. Mi hanno spiegato il ruolo e com'è strutturata l'azienda. Hanno poi chiesto del mio percorso di studi, delle mie aspettative lavorative e delle mie ambizioni.

The direct supervisor and an HR person conducted the interview. The interaction was friendly and appreciative. They were well-prepared regarding the applicant, but not up-to-date with company information as it wasn't shared internally. The process seemed structured, but they couldn't answer some questions about the newly created position. The key issue was that the job conditions had changed internally between the invitation and the interview without prior communication. Specifically, the position was suddenly organized differently, and the expected supervisor didn't show up, but rather a subordinate who would have reported to the new role. Ultimately, the position was filled internally.

It was a pleasant experience, with 4 people involved, all conducted digitally. We used a first-name basis, creating a friendly atmosphere despite the remote setup. I received a quick response, though the salary expectation communicated by the headhunter was incorrect. They were accommodating when it came to the offer. I was nervous as it was my first interview in a while. HR didn't ask many questions.

I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager on Tuesday that lasted for 1 hour. This was the first round of the interview process. We talked about my past sales history and also my future plans. The interviewer seemed interested in my goals and how I could contribute to the company's growth, and if I would take ownership.
