First, I had a call with an HR recruiter that was about 20 minutes. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the manager of the department for about 30 minutes.

After applying online, I got a call and was invited to come in. I signed in, got a visitor badge, and was given an application to fill out, although I had already completed one from the website. The manager met me and took me to the conference room. They asked basic questions about my skills and history in a low-pressure interview. We even talked about hobbies and interests, which felt genuine. The manager mentioned their relaxed approach, explaining that while calls are time-sensitive due to the queue system, they don't pressure employees like in a corporate setting. The work isn't scripted; employees handle calls by asking their own questions and following their own procedures. This is the type of environment I was looking for. I received an offer a few days later and accepted.

It was a chill interview process. Management is willing to hire people even if they don't have any prior technical support experience. Because of how they hire, the training period was stretched out. I saw the highest turnover rate I've ever seen at a company.

I got a call about two hours after applying. We mostly just chatted about my resume and what the company does. They invited me in for a formal interview after that, and it was pretty basic.
