Interview went fine and only 1 round I have done. Interviewer is helpful. Learn core concepts C#,Java,SQL and UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding,Task mining,etc. It was a good experience and friendly interview.

3 rounds. 2 Tech 1 Managerial. Pretty educated queries and very relevant and specific to role. Clarity on roles and responsibilities. Seems pretty smooth process. Everything was online. It was a fantastic experience

I had a preliminary phone chat with a recruiter about a contract position for one of their clients. It was an awful experience. It started well, and my background seemed like a great match for what the client was looking for. But when we got to the topic of hourly pay, things went downhill fast. The max rate they offered was less than two-thirds of my previous salary, partly because I have more experience than others in this field. That's when the recruiter said, 'Well, you're not working so it's more than you're making now' (I was laid off a few months back). Then came the 'Let's see how we can make this rate work for you' line. I mean, really? How do you make a massive pay cut 'work'? Saying I could work from home didn't help, as I was already doing that, and mentioning it seemed to annoy her. The final straw was when she said, 'Well, they can find someone with less experience than you who can still do this job, and for this rate.' I stated that I wouldn't accept being low-balled and that while I might be a bit flexible, I wouldn't drastically undervalue my abilities, especially since my value had been recognized by top companies. Throughout this, it was hard to get a word in. She was practically scolding me and gave me the impression that her only goal was to fill the position. I finally gave up and said I wasn't interested anymore, which really angered her. I ended up hanging up and then blocking her number and other contact info.

The interview process was conducted entirely virtually. The interviewer was friendly and the session lasted about 45 minutes. Despite the positive interaction, there was no feedback provided after the interview concluded. Online reviews suggest the process might be inconsistent.
