I had two interviews: a phone call and an onsite. The phone call was a technical interview to confirm my IT experience. The onsite interview included a technical part where I was asked about how I'd handle specific scenarios and about my past work experience and contributions.

I sent in my resume and HR got back to me to do a quick personality test (about 20 mins). Then, within a couple business days, they called me for a phone screen (30 mins). Another 2 business days later, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I got there a bit early, but the receptionist hadn't arrived yet. The interview itself went fine, I chatted with two people. They called me back the very next day and offered me the job.

You'll know pretty quickly if you're a candidate for this job because the interviewers will make it obvious. It's usually a three-step process. First, a phone screening with a director. Make sure to ask them as many questions as they ask you. Then, you'll come in for an interview where you need to be ready to draw up a network and answer common industry questions. They won't call you for a final interview unless they're planning to offer you the job. If they do make an offer, take it right away because they often withdraw their first offer after a couple of days and then present a lower one. Go in knowing if you want the job. Also, you'll need a clean background because their HR company does a thorough check, so be upfront to avoid any surprises.

Was contacted through an associate's recommendation after they interviewed there. We just went over my resume and past results. Got offered the position two days later. There wasn't much of a sales presence initially, with two associates not performing well. No training was provided, so it was just me and the other new hire figuring things out.
