I was first contacted by the company's internal recruiter. Then, I had a phone technical screening, followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview was pretty straightforward and seemed to align with my resume. However, the onsite was a really bad experience. Most of the questions they asked weren't related to the skills and experience on my resume at all. They were all these weird questions about very specific, uncommon situations that you could easily find the answer to by just googling it. It felt like they were more interested in finding out what I *didn't* know than what I *did* know. Honestly, it was a complete waste of my time and money.

Applied via LinkedIn and got a call from HR the next day to set up an in-person interview. It was about 3-4 hours long and included a formal HR chat, a written technical test, and a panel interview with the entire team. The whole hiring process was super fast for a full-time role, taking only 2 weeks from the first HR contact to my start date.

I first spoke with HR, then about a week later had a phone interview with some employees. The next week, I went in for an in-person panel interview. The team seemed really good and interested. A few days later, I got an email saying they chose another candidate. I asked for feedback but didn't hear back.

I had a panel interview with HR folks and some of the department people, who seemed like associates and leaders. They were all really nice and genuinely seemed to want to know about my past, my skills, and what I could bring to the role. It was a mix of general questions and questions about finance.
