Recruiter
Horrible interview process! I had one phone interview and the recruiter told me she was thrown into this about 30 minutes ago and is nervous since this is her first phone interview. At the end of the interview I had asked 2 questions and she didn't know the answer to either. She then cut me off and said that she can't answer anything else because she has another meeting scheduled and that she will be in touch. At this point, I was not interested int he position anymore, however, I got an email 2 months later saying they are moving forward with another candidate..
- What made you apply for this role?
Sales Coordinator
I started with a phone screening, then had an onsite interview a week later. After that, I was asked to do a case study over the phone/email, and then had a final onsite interview with the CEO. I liked the company and its mission, but the process seemed unorganized. I was told the average workday was 10 hours, and the pay wasn't worth it. They also said the salary was non-negotiable. I declined the offer because of the long hours and low pay. It was also a hassle to go onsite twice, especially since I was traveling from Rhode Island.
- Could you explain why you "Slide"?
Marketing Intern
I applied on Indeed and then on their company site, attaching my resume and cover letter. I was contacted a few days later to set up a phone interview. It was pretty stress-free and included the typical questions you'd expect. The interviewer shared more details about the job, including the weekly and daily hours, and outlined the internship's responsibilities.
- What made you interested in ISlide?
- In what type of setting do you perform best?
- Which of your completed courses would be beneficial for this role?
Intern
It was a little informal but overall pretty nice. The atmosphere was really relaxed and made the interview pretty comfortable. The downside was that the interviews with each person were really short because it was sort of a round robin and every department group interviewed you so it wasn't as in depth as I thought it would be.
- What skills do you possess that make you ready for this role?
