First, we had to take a timed math test, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication. People who did well on that were invited for an interview. Those who didn't score high enough were sent home. If you passed the interview, they then sent you to their dealer school.

They did a round table interview, which seemed like a good idea but was mostly useless. The departments are supposed to interact but don't do it well. They claim this method lets other managers get a sense of you once hired, but good luck finding a manager, they're hard to come by!
