First, there was a phone interview. Then, an in-person interview with a group of managers. They were nice people so relax and be yourself. Make sure to make them feel like you’re willing to work really long hours. Negotiate start salary at 55k.

So, the whole thing started with a quick call from HR, they handle this kind of stuff. They wanted to chat about my background and ask some get-to-know-you type questions. About a week later, I went in for an interview at their place. That was with the CEO, the head of production, and some of the team. After that, they made me an offer pretty fast. Everyone was super nice and responsive throughout the whole thing.
