Analyst
The interview process involved a single round, lasting about 30 minutes with the hiring manager. It stretched to about an hour in total. I was impressed because my future boss was really enthusiastic when discussing his role, which made it stand out compared to other interviews I'd had.
- Tell me about your understanding of the role.
- What are your capabilities in Excel?
Account Executive
The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we had a call that went well. They then sent an email with more questions about my achievements, which I answered quickly. After a few days of no response to my follow-up call and email, I realized I was ghosted. It's frustrating because I invested my time and didn't even get a basic update.
- Can you walk me through your sales career history?
- How familiar are you with the software solutions our clients use?
Business Development Manager
The second interview was in person at the head office in downtown Orlando. Firstly I was highly impressed by the office, the location is very nice but on top of that, it is certainly the nicest office I have visited. They have a WeCulture ethos at ISGF which was very interesting. I met with what it seemed maybe everyone in that office. I really enjoyed that and because they were in small groups it was not too time-consuming. I was a little shocked at the end that I didn't have interview fatigue considering how long it lasted but it was a lot of fun.
- Can you share an example of how you've organized something?
- What are your strategies for effective communication?
Marketing Intern
I was a bit nervous for my first real-world marketing internship interview as a college student. The ISGF marketing team was really welcoming though! I ended up getting the internship, and even if I hadn't, the interview experience was still good.
- What are your goals for this internship?
