The whole process from beginning to end takes about one to two weeks, after which they let you know if you'll be getting an offer. They're pretty quick to respond and get back to you.

My initial screening interview got canceled the night before, but it was rescheduled for the next week. Setting it up was easy, all done through a general inbox. The interview itself was on Teams, lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewer didn't use their camera and recorded the call without telling me first. It felt a bit disorganized, and they seemed to lack specific knowledge about the BIM team's daily work, making it hard to get details about the role. They said they'd talk to the BIM team about my background and get back to me in a week. A week later, I got a standard rejection email from the general inbox, no reasons given.

The interview process went pretty smoothly. I didn't get the job in the end, but I really respect the organization and how they handled their hiring process. They even took the time to explain why I wasn't selected, which I think could be super helpful for other job seekers out there.

The recruitment department was great, everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful, as were all the employees I encountered, from the reception to everyone inside. During the selection process, they provided all the necessary assistance and clarifications, making the candidates feel more secure.
