I was ghosted after two interviews. The first interview was scheduled as a phone interview, but it ended up being a video call. I later found out it was recorded without my knowledge. The second interview was pretty tough and consisted of standard marketing campaign questions, which seemed to be generated by AI rather than being original. It felt really unprofessional to be ghosted after two interviews.

I had one zoom interview that went fine. They told me I would hear back by the following week but then I was ghosted. I sent a follow up email two weeks later and got nothing. It felt unprofessional. I didn't expect an offer, but after a half hour video call, I did expect a response.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really efficient and pretty fast. After I sent in my cover letter and resume, the HR director reached out within a week. We then set up an initial HR screening, which was actually one of the best I've experienced. Usually, these initial interviews can be quite stiff and formal, but the HR director created a relaxed atmosphere where I could ask questions, voice concerns, and learn more about the job. She promptly arranged a follow-up interview the next week with my direct supervisor and two future teammates from the advising and program management team. Less than a week after that, I got an offer. I'd definitely recommend this company based on how smoothly the interview process went.

The interview process started with a Teams call with the HR Director, not a phone call. It lasted about 20 minutes. The HR Director first talked about ISEP and its mission, then asked 5-6 questions.
