I met with the recruiter, then the director, the team, a VP, and the CEO. They did it so most were one after the other out of respect for my time. Once that was finished I was given an offer letter and accepted the job.

So it's like a 3 step thing. First, you have a phone screening or like a personal interview. Then, there's a behavioral test, which isn't just personality stuff, but also includes some math and grammar questions, like analogies. The whole thing takes a really long time. Like, after I sent my resume, it took them a couple of weeks just to set up the first interview. And then after the test, another couple of weeks to get the results back.

It started with a chat to get some info, and then I had an in-person interview with four people from different parts of the company. They each took turns asking different questions. Mostly, they were pretty standard behavioral questions, like about strengths, weaknesses, and challenges.
