It was a thorough interview process. The questions and answers were fair and reasonable. The team knows a lot about the products, services, and what customers and employees need in the region. - How do you handle your time and task assignments effectively?
Fabricator
It was just questions to get to know you and see your work experience. If you don't know how to read a tape measure then don't apply. It was really easy and pretty simple.
- Do you rely on others for transportation?
- Can you read a tape measure?
Web Developer
I had a phone interview and then set up a separate interview with the VP. It was supposed to be in person but due to scheduling, we did it online.
- What makes you want to work here?
Shipping Coordinator
I applied online. Had a quick phone chat with HR, then a face-to-face meeting. After that, I spoke with the owner on the phone. They had me do an online test at their office, which was a basic math and comprehension test that took about 2 hours. Since their office and management are in Louisville, KY, most communication happens via email or phone. Safety training is also done online and via email.
- Can you describe your ability to work independently with minimal oversight?
