We group candidates interviewing on a specific day together. After they give us some papers about the company's marketing strategy, the interviewer starts asking random questions about insurance and how to handle objections. You should also know car names, makes, and modules.

So, first there's a quick call to see if you're a good fit. If it goes well, you'll come in for an in-person interview. That'll have a few parts to it, like talking about past experiences and doing some technical problem-solving, maybe meeting some people you'd work with. Then we get to the part about the offer.

The interview process was an interview process because I went to an interview here. I met with a person during the interview where they asked me about my skills and experience.

It was pretty easy, just be honest. They really need people, especially for the morning shift. They first called me to set up a one-on-one interview. The person interviewing me was really nice. It wasn't a stressful interview at all, lasted about 10 minutes. The training isn't paid and takes about 5 hours, which is a bummer.
