We group candidates interviewing on a specific day together. After they give us some papers about the company's marketing strategy, the interviewer starts asking random questions about insurance and how to handle objections. You should also know car names, makes, and modules.

It was pretty easy, just be honest. They really need people, especially for the morning shift. They first called me to set up a one-on-one interview. The person interviewing me was really nice. It wasn't a stressful interview at all, lasted about 10 minutes. The training isn't paid and takes about 5 hours, which is a bummer.
