I went through 2 interviews. The first was in person and included a 15-minute written skills test. Then, we went over 10 oral interview questions. After that, I gave a 15-minute teaching presentation on a topic the committee chose to about 9 professors and deans. Then the committee asked me the 10 questions and we finished with a hands-on teaching demo. The second interview was remote and much quicker, about 30 minutes, with the president and vice-chancellor of instruction. We asked each other questions.

I applied on their website and it took about 5-7 weeks to hear back via email. The first interview was with the Admissions Director and Admissions Assistant Director. They asked me about my experience in Higher Education. I got a call for a second interview with the Admissions Director. A month and two interviews later, I was offered a position with two hours of paid training.
