The interview process went really well overall. The staff interviewing were super friendly and professional. It was a panel interview, so if you get nervous with multiple people, practicing beforehand might help. Sadly, I didn't get the job because they were only hiring one person, but it's alright.

I got contacted by a bunch of different elementary schools through phone calls and emails to set up an interview. I picked one, and then went to their campus the following week for an in-person interview. They offered me the job the very next day after the interview. After that, I went to IUSD HR to finish up the paperwork, and then I started working the week after that.
