Co-Op
I saw a flyer at my university and emailed the rep about the Co-Op position. They had me complete a long online screening questionnaire. Next, I had an interview with three people, two in person and one by phone. I felt the interview was alright, but the questions didn't seem to align with the student intern role I applied for, as they asked about tax experience which I wouldn't have if I hadn't worked in tax before. Although the questions were a bit off, I didn't mind the behavioral questions since they made sense. The people seemed nice. I also had to do a 30-minute timed essay.
- Can you explain the F1120 form?
Student Assistant
You need to make an account on the USAjobs website. That's where you'll submit your application for whatever job you decide on. The website also lets you track your application status (like Received, Reviewed, Referred). They'll get in touch by email or phone. The interview had a panel of 3-4 employees.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Intern
I applied on USAJobs and after 3 weeks they called me to set up in an in-person interview. The interview took place at their office and lasted about an hour.
- Can you tell me five words that describe you?
