Super simple interview process. It was a good experience overall. I talked to the nurse manager. They offered me the job right after and I started in a few weeks.

You'll have an interview in a professional setting where they ask questions about your specific department. This includes scenario questions that test your personality. They'll also give you a tour of the pharmacy so you can really see how the workflow is set up.

I dropped off my resume in person. Then I asked to speak with the office manager. A few days later, I was invited for interviews. There were several interviews in a row. I wore all black, and I recommend not wearing scrubs. They asked me why I wanted to work there, about my experience, and my salary expectations. A few days after that, I got a call with a job offer. They then asked about my start date and began the hiring paperwork.

It started with a screening call to check my research and clinical experience. They told me about the job and I got to ask some questions. Then, two managers called me on the phone for an interview, though it wasn't the smoothest.
