They care about finding a real match, being direct, kind, and professional, and learning about candidates. The process was super professional, with communication at every step regarding status, scheduling, and progress. They looked for technical skills but also really wanted to get to know the person. They did a live task in the office instead of a take-home assignment. Stages were: 1. HR call 2. General Product Interview with the direct manager to discuss candidate experience with examples, and to talk about the role and answer questions. 3. Product Interview with the VP of Product to discuss experience and maybe do a short task or answer questions. 4. A 3-hour task at the office involving discussing a problem, brainstorming solutions, and presenting a deck in English. 5. An HR meeting to go deeper into professional experience, covering positive and challenging situations and how they were handled. 6. An optional meeting with the General Manager to answer more candidate questions and learn about the candidate. 7. Reference calls.

Face to face interview with a senior product manager, including a short exercise within the interview (suggest and analyze a new feature for a certain app you use). Following that, a home assignment including 3 sections: technical, business/product, and analytical. Although much effort was put into the assignment, they chose to rule out my application with an automatic email, without providing any feedback, leaving a very bad impression. Not a place I would like to work at.

the process as far as i remember has 3-4 phases (phone , HR, one of the owner, home assignment , additional interview if needed). i didn't pass the 1st HR interview and i might be wrong and there could be another interview with one of the product managers....
