Operations Manager
I applied for an Operations Manager job at ironsorce and was sent a take-home test. It was multiple choice and I thought I'd get feedback fast but it's been over a week and still nothing. I'm really not happy with how Ironsource handled this. They didn't even give a contact person in the test email, making it hard to ask questions. Plus, no feedback on my results is super unprofessional and makes me wonder if they actually want good people. I wouldn't suggest applying to Ironsorce; their hiring process is messy and doesn't respect a candidate's time. I'd also think twice about working for a company that ignores candidate concerns. The test itself was badly made, with unclear questions and answer options that weren't distinct, making it tough to pick the right one. Overall, a really bad experience with Ironsorce, I can't recommend them.
- No interview was just a test
Growth Operations Manager
I got an automated email to do a test. I did the test and then heard nothing back. There was no one to ask for an update, just the automated 'no-reply' email. It was a disgrace.

- Fill in the missing cells for an online ad campaign in Excel and interpret the data.
- Make a one-minute video about a project you're proud of.
Growth Operations Manager
I talked to the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. They didn't think I was a fit for the role I applied for, but they did recommend me for another position. That other position wasn't really related to the first one and honestly wasn't a good fit for me.
- Can you walk me through your education and previous work experience?
- What's your understanding of our company?
- What is it that our company does?
