The interview process had a few parts to it- first an HR phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by video interviews where I had to do a data analysis test, and then a final presentation round. Even though it took a while, I actually liked it. It helped me get a better feel for the job and the team. Everyone I met was really nice and worked well together, they seemed like good people to be around! Even though they didn't end up offering me the job, I felt respected by the end. I totally would have taken the job if they had offered it!

The interview process didn't involve any technical questions or skill assessments. It felt more like a general discussion rather than a hiring-focused interview for the job itself. The office spaces were quite nice, though.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through IronSource's interview process, reaching the final round. While I didn't get an offer, it was a valuable learning experience. The process included two phone interviews and two onsite interviews. The last stage was a presentation where I had to discuss a portfolio app, how I'd lead the meeting, and present engagement data. This test is great for assessing if a candidate can perform effectively right away. Even though I didn't get the offer, I have no complaints. This company is growing, and the team spirit is evident.
