Operations
It was a positive and well-organized interview process overall. The first interview was a basic HR screening. After that, I had an interview with a senior member of the B2B/Operations team. Then, I was asked to complete a practical business case that focused on actual operational challenges. This business case took a significant amount of time, but it was relevant to the job responsibilities.

Student Success Manager
The process took quite a while, over a month and a half, and went through a few stages. At the end, they told me the role's focus had changed and there were new requirements not mentioned before. This was a bit confusing because some of those skills were actually in my past experience. I asked for feedback, but it wasn't very detailed. I also saw the job posting was put up again later with the same initial description, which made me wonder about their real selection criteria. It would be good to be clearer from the start about the key job requirements and give more detailed communication at the end of the process. This could help align expectations and make the candidate experience better, especially for long or advanced processes.

Admissions Representative
Man, this was one of the roughest interview processes ever. It took like 2 months to hear back finally. The recruiter messed up and lost my application, then called me after 2 weeks asking if I was still into it. I said yeah. It was August, a holiday month, so yeah, things can take longer, but communication was super slow, like every 1.5-2 weeks for an update. I made it to the 3rd interview stage, which was a roleplay, and they changed the date the same day. Everything was last minute. For this interview, you have to convert a real lead fast. I thought I nailed it because the Admissions manager gave me really good feedback right after the call. But the next day, the recruiter sent a rejection email with totally opposite feedback and said she tried to call me, which she never did. I was really confused since the manager set different expectations, so I emailed back. The recruiter said she'd call me that day to give more feedback, so I waited around, and she never called. She later said she forgot to put it on her calendar and we could talk the day after. We finally talked. The final feedback was that I was supposed to act like a consultant with the lead during the roleplay too. I was even more surprised because 1) the manager never told me that, and 2) the instructions didn't mention it. Basically, the whole process felt really unprofessional, unhelpful, and I can't even describe how little they seemed to care about my time. Think twice if you're considering working here.
- Recruiter one-on-one to get to know you.
- Second recruiter one-on-one to get to know you because they lost my application track.
- Manager one-on-one, asking why you are interested in the role, etc.
General Manager
The first online meeting, nobody showed up, I waited 30 minutes. I emailed twice to ask if anything happened or if there was a problem, but no response. A week later, a new meeting was scheduled via email. The email only had the appointment details, no greeting, closing, or apology for the no-show. The second meeting was very short, and still no apology or explanation for the first no-show. They're looking for a junior, which wasn't stated in the job description; actually, the requirements were higher than a junior role. It would have saved us both time if it was declared correctly. I still find the company and its products interesting, but the process was very unprofessional and left a bad impression.
