Bartender
It was a super quick and easy interview. I met with the owner to discuss my work history and see if I'd be a good fit for a fast-paced setting. We also went over the dress code, hygiene standards, and requirements for hair and nails.
- How comfortable are you interacting with people?
Server
The interview process was super easy and direct. They want to see you look neat and tidy, because as a server, they prefer people who are clean and hygienic. The managers are generally friendly, and the work environment is always changing.
- Have you previously worked as a server for KBBQ?
Server
The training part takes 10 days and they have you do a lot of the basic tasks. But it's good experience for a lot of kids who have never had a job before (this is the real world, kid).
- Tell me about your work experience and any previous server experience you may have.
- What is your previous server experience?
