First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IRG.
Front Office Coordinator
I found out about the job opening from someone who works at IRG already. I sent my resume to the Regional Manager and they called me to set up an interview at the clinic I was interested in. Then, I got an official offer by email and they set me up for onboarding at the Administration office. I also got some training while at the clinic.
- How would you contribute to the team and clinic if you were hired?
Front Office Coordinator
The interview had two interviewers and two interviews happening at the same time. There were a lot of questions. Make sure you know about the company before you go in. The setting was very casual and not intimidating, with back-and-forth questioning.
- What are your greatest work strengths?
Front Office Coordinator
Taryn F IRG Hiring Rep gives a really great and open interview with questions too, very welcoming and makes for a non-stressful interview session. They also let me ask any questions I might have for them.
- Describe to me in full detail how you would explain something I have never done or experienced before.
Exercise Specialist
It was a nice meet and greet at their HQ board room. Standard questions were asked in a friendly way. I got to ask questions and met the owner.
- Could you describe the color yellow to someone who is blind?
- What would a penguin say if it walked into the room wearing a sombrero?
