The interview process started with a phone screen, which felt quite formal, like the screener was just reading from a script. Then there was a panel interview with two people from IREX. It wasn't much better, and after waiting a long time after both interviews, they actually took down the job posting. Then they reposted it with some changes to the requirements and what the job entailed. Oh, and it was originally remote but then they changed it to a hybrid role.

So the interview process was pretty simple, first a quick call with the recruiter, lasted about 15-30 minutes. Then there was a panel interview with some team members, and finally, I had to do a take-home Excel assessment. They gave me 24 hours to finish it and sent over the instructions. Honestly, it was pretty straightforward and they communicated well. I really liked the questions they asked during the panel interview. But yeah, two weeks after I sent in my assessment for the third round, they messaged me saying the job is no longer available. Kinda a bummer, you know? Not sure if they hired someone else or just decided not to hire anyone after I put in all that time and effort.

So for me, the interview process had three parts: first a phone call, then a panel interview, and finally an assessment. It was pretty standard stuff, nothing too out there. They asked the typical questions you'd expect for this kind of job, like how I learned about the position, how I manage my organization skills, and my experience with diverse cultural settings.
