The meeting times were really inflexible and the interviewers were rude and cold. They were late for the interview and just unprofessional all around. The building was beautiful though and the town seems nice. Honestly, I wouldn't want to work there. Anyway, thanks for your time. Goodbye.

The first interview was okay. The interviewer seemed a bit out of touch, not even sure about the region for the role. They were also vague about salary, which made me question if it was worth my time. Then, they tried to offer me part-time roles, even though I have full-time experience with major companies and was looking for a career position. After three weeks with no follow-up, I've taken a better offer elsewhere. Not sure this company has its act together.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and then got contacted by a Regional Director, who used to be a Business Consultant and was recently promoted. We had three interviews total: one phone call and two via Skype, all remote. She seemed really nice and asked standard questions at first. But then she found out I worked for a competitor, and she got super curious, really wanting to know my methods and ideas. It felt like she was just picking my brain for her own benefit. I was more experienced, had a track record of successfully leading teams (and this was her first time managing people), and I'd managed way bigger portfolios. I think she saw me as future competition. That was a good lesson learned. I'm never sharing ideas on how to fix other companies' problems or how to get more accounts and sales in an interview again. I won't forget the time I wasted helping her improve her skills. I kept interviewing because I always thought Jane Iredale was a good company, but now I'm not sure if they offer any ongoing training or chances for their field employees to grow. Seeing how she absorbed all my info and intel, it looks like they offer nothing, so I'm glad I didn't end up with Iredale.

The interview process was quite long and seemed disorganized, although the people were nice. There were a lot of questions asked. The compensation offered wasn't great, and the expected growth didn't align with realistic figures. It's also worth noting that the company laid off employees during the Pandemic.
