The interview started with a recruiter call, then an interview, followed with a group panel interview. Seven people were on the panel, and each asked different questions. As a student of Hotel Management, questions related to food were asked. For example, 'What is the ratio between dal and rice in Idly?' was asked. Questions on current affairs and even situational questions were also part of the interview. Remember to be active, confident, and jolly during the interview.

It was a pretty straightforward process handled by a third-party contractor. They started by reviewing resumes, and then they might call you at any time to come to their office. The main thing they wanted to be sure of was that you wouldn't leave the job soon. HR also had their own preferences they looked for.
