First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Iqra University.
Assistant Professor
The interview process was not bad, and they asked good questions. I think they could have asked more technical questions. The interview started on time, unlike at Bahria University, which is managed by unprofessional people.
- Regarding teaching courses, how would you approach it?
Admission Officer
This position has a 2-3 stage interview process that is professional and to the point. Typically, it starts with an HR interview, followed by a meeting with the Head of Department for the relevant area, and concludes with an interview with a senior board member, such as the registrar or vice chancellor.
- What makes you want this job?
- How can you be useful in this role?

Sales Tax Analyst
It was a pretty standard process. First, I had a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and finally an onsite interview. The most important thing is to be confident and show enthusiasm for your skills and experience. Make sure you're prepared by bringing copies of your resume, references, and anything else they asked for. Being professional, dressing well, and arriving on time is key. Oh, and don't forget to follow up with a thank-you note or email to show your gratitude and continued interest.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What would you say are your greatest strengths and areas for improvement?
- What motivates you to seek employment with our company?
Administrator
It was a pretty straightforward process. They focused a lot on checking my English speaking skills and my computer knowledge. They also asked me some personal questions about myself and my education. They wanted to gauge my confidence and personality.
- Where do you live?
- Do you live near our office?
- Will you be taking excessive leaves?
