First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iQ Credit Union.
MSR I
I had a remote interview over zoom. It was easy, but the job itself was not. I had one interview, and all other communication with HR was via email to complete reference and background checks after getting a conditional offer.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
HR Intern
The recruiter who contacted me was professional and efficient. The interview itself was conducted online via Zoom. The interviewers were direct and the process went smoothly.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Intern
I went in and basically told the manager about myself. It was an awesome interview! We sat and talked about the job and I was told I would hear if I got the job the next week.
- Tell me why you are interested in this role.
Loan Officer
The interview itself was a good experience but I wasn't hired because I didn't meet their requirements. My impression is that I was perhaps too qualified and the interviewers were considerably younger than me. I suspect my supervisor experience might have made my answers seem a bit intimidating.
