First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IPT Global.
Software Engineer
It was a smooth interview process. First, I had a quick phone screening with the director of software. Then, there was a timed coding assessment that I did at home. Finally, I had an in-person interview which included some computer science questions, covering both concepts and how to apply them, along with a few behavioral questions. Overall, it felt like a very fair interview with practical questions.
- Can you explain the difference between a primary key and a foreign key in a database?
.NET Developer
face to face interview, mainly talked about my resume, and also had a 5 question paper test on oop concepts and tracing, plus a small coding problem. They seemed nice, but I guess I wasn't a good fit because I didn't have WPF skills, which wasn't something they asked me about. The company is in a new building and has a great bonus structure.
- questions about object-oriented programming
Logistics Coordinator
It started with a phone call, and then an in-person interview was the second round. The whole thing should wrap up in about 2-3 weeks maximum. They've been really good and open with communication so far.
- How do you manage stress?
