It was a good, conversational interview process. Not bad at all. They asked for a detailed report of my past jobs, which is standard. I'd say it's a positive review, keep up the great work.

It was pretty straightforward, just one meeting. I met with both the sales manager and the company President in their shared workspace; it felt pretty informal. They're just starting out with eCommerce and need someone to lead the workflow for that part of the business.

Behavioral Technical

The interview started with a guy in cargo shorts greeting me, as there wasn't a clear entrance or reception area. He seemed unprepared for my questions about the company's future vision and growth. I then met with one of his staff members to discuss a role, and it became clear I was overqualified. The interview ended abruptly with me being shown the door, and I never heard back, which I think is for the best.
