My interview experience with this company was disappointing. I applied for a remote position, but upon finding that I lived less than an hour from their headquarters, the role shifted to being a hybrid schedule with two days in the office. Initially, the process moved quickly, and I completed four phone interviews and an assessment. However, after the fourth interview, the process slowed down significantly. Additionally, there was a notable absence of proactive communication, leaving me uncertain about the status of my candidacy. Eventually, I decided to withdraw from the interview process as it became clear that I was being strung along. After I formally withdrew, I did not receive any personal acknowledgment or response from the recruiter. Instead, a few days later, I received a generic rejection email, which felt impersonal and dismissive given the time and effort I had invested in their interview process. This experience could have been vastly improved with better communication and a more structured timeline. Proactive updates from the recruiter and a more personal touch in their communications would have demonstrated respect for my time and effort.

Everything started out great. The recruiter got me set up, the hiring manager interview went well, and then I moved to a panel interview where I got good feedback. Things changed when I emailed the original recruiter about a week after the panel interview and the email bounced back because she was no longer with the company. I then emailed a second recruiter twice with no response. I'm not sure if it's because the process of updating candidates is taking longer than normal, but an update would be nice.

We had several test rounds where we assessed key skills. After that, there was a video interview. The whole process was very professional and offered plenty of chances to ask questions and learn more about working at the company.
