So after the HR round, my first interviewer had to reschedule the day before the interview. Then I made it to another round for the second recruiter to not show up to the virtual interview. My recruiter reached out to HR and they got back to us a week later saying they need to reschedule. They did not reschedule and ended up telling us they went with another candidate.

Ipg often hires through interim companies initially, so your first month's pay and interviews might be with them. For me, it started with a casual Zoom interview and a brief language assessment (though some had a more detailed one, like a Cambridge certificate level). Then, they scheduled another Zoom call (or maybe Google Meet) with the project team lead and a supervisor to check my language skills. The conversation was quite relaxed since they needed someone urgently and the customer service job wasn't difficult. I was pretty much offered the position during that call.

because I am very eager to learn, it's a good trick to make this mandatory and gather information about third parties :) but I'll explain, in IPG there was a video call beforehand and then it was decided if a 1-on-1 meeting was applicable, in my case it was because I am very social and confident, they asked me simple questions like how do you sell this pen, very simple, a lot to embellish and give an explanation, since a Bic is a simple pen, there wasn't much to embellish, then push durability to get it sold... enough?

The interview process was really relaxed, with three interviews back-to-back with different managers. We talked about my personal interests and goals. Then, we went over my career aspirations and my major. Finally, we discussed how many hours I could work while I was still in school.
