First, I had a phone call with someone from the MSP that works with the company. Then, I went in person to interview with the MSP, the main leaders, and some of the IT folks. They asked me about my background with operating systems, services, and supporting the organization.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a really interesting but also one of the longest interview processes I've ever been through, probably around five interviews in total. Most of the interviews were pleasant, and I spoke with teams from different countries. The real challenge came later with an assignment after I was hired, and I found some of the American staff to be quite condescending.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had six rounds in total. I spoke with the recruiter, my potential supervisor and some colleagues, then the supervisor's supervisor and more colleagues. After that, I had another interview with a colleague at a similar level and finally a C-suite member. In addition to these interviews, I had to complete three timed tests, each lasting 60 minutes.
