It was a good experience overall. The streamlining process and HR were very cooperative and there were many challenges also. Team meetings are very cooperative. The new employee goes through the onboarding process, which includes paperwork, training, and orientation to the company culture and policies. It's important to note that the interview process can vary significantly from one organization to another, and some steps may be omitted or adapted to fit the specific needs of the company and the job position. Additionally, technology has played a significant role in recent years, with many interviews conducted via video conferencing or other remote methods.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process is pretty chill. They'll chat about your political knowledge and ask stuff about your CV, what Ipac does, and how your skills can benefit them. There might also be some case study questions and questions about India's PRI structure. They'll also test your MS Office skills by asking about issue analysis.

It was a telephonic interview, and honestly, it wasn't that great. The interview felt more like a salary negotiation than a skill-based assessment. They asked about my past work experience and salary history, plus some random questions like what my expectations were from the company and what my life goals were.

  • What is your motivation for seeking this particular role?
